1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

  • During sales or peak periods, processing time may slightly increase

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India only

  • International shipping is not available at this time

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or offers

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected orders

  • Orders may be verified via OTP or confirmation call

  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if found suspicious

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link

7. Packaging

All products are securely packed to ensure safe delivery.

8. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us

9. Delays / Lost / Damaged Orders

If your order is:

  • Delayed

  • Lost

  • Damaged

10. Order Cancellation / Changes

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

  • Shipping timelines may be affected by external factors beyond our control
